This is fraud. I would contact the restaurant as soon as they open. Ask for the manager and explain what happened. The server should be disciplined, and probably fired.

I know! I'm very mad! I work as well in customer service but I will never ask my costomers for more tips than they give me! I will never charged somebody with extra money just because!
