Circa is the best place for an amazing atmosphere. We use the metro as well. No worries on parking and safe.
Metered parking around the block. Otherwise metro is best for transportation. Free 2 hour parking on 25th and those blocks between Virginia and New Hampshire, if you're willing to walk 2-3 blocks to Circa.
