Can you launch kayaks here

It is a private beach with no access to the street. So if they allow you to carry a kayak through the restaurant I guess you could. However, they do have a dock, so if you come paddling up, there is a place to tie them while you eat. (-;

I wouldn't exactly say tie up for a Kayak. Although bigger boats tie up to the pier. I have seen people pull their Kayaks up to the sand, get out, have a drink, nice meal, and head back out into the water.
