Why are there no cashiers? Waited in line to watch a home depot employee watch customers trying to self checkout. Is this a store policy to have no cashiers? This is not there were NO cashiers.

That's very unusual. I think that there's a move to more limited numbers of cashiers and putting more personnel on the shelf areas.

they are moving to robot check out everywhere
