Is this a complete change in ownership, or did Joe's change their name and renovate the place to take a new approach at dining?

Same ownership. I've been going there for years. These amazing new improvement cater to families and everyone who enjoys amazing food, created with love, from great ingredients, and their commitment to create a great dining experience. My two cents are, don't take my word for it, just try it. (The polpo was so tender I couldn't believe it! And any of the pizzas) Btw, has anyone seen a buffet anywhere..? Not during COVID19 time you have not.

Joe still owns the restuarant but has upscaled and added a bar that took over the buffet area. It looks to be pointed at a younger bar clientle who may eat from the limited menu. Say goodbye to the family crowd and the buffet.
