I would contact look trailers directly and ask if they would be able to do it. I'm sure they would do it
Depends on the size of the trailer and type of axel! Tandem axel are almost always electric so they have brakes to slow the load down and not just your vehicle brakes!
Most are tandem. But adding a second to a single might screw up your axle center point.
