Returns are always easy at Costco
Sorry to hear you would like a refund, you can return it if is less than one year since you bought it, I had the same situation with one TV, I returned it when it was the 11 months, the only they questioned me was if I wanted cash or in the card I used it, now I understand that that year is more when you buy extra warranty.
