Maggiano's does have an elevator, I observed workers and disabled patrons utilizing it
There's an elevator in the mall, however, access may be limited to the mall hours. The restaurant is open later than the rest of the mall, so security will block off access with rope. Neiman Marcus has an elevator too you can use during business hours
