To my knowledge, the one in Manassas has never served catfish. I think they have some kind of fried tilapia or cod on the buffet regularly now.
I've eaten their many times and I've never seen catfish served. Maybe it's a special item served when available.
They only served catfish when it's in season at the Manassas location. Not familiar with the rest of the locations but that's what I've seen
