Kevin, I am sorry you are having issues, we are working very hard to get the issue resolved. Our phone lines have been having issues for about 2 weeks now and we have had our tech support out here in re of this. Please be patient and I thank you for your time and understanding.
They are close for lunch, and there has to be an error on their phone system they need to update the recording. I have dropped in and they are always there.
I think the phone shuts off during lunch and at like 4 for the day.
I was there just 2 weeks ago. Look at their website and see if an email address is given. Good luck.
It's still very much open. Maybe they don't realize there number isn't working
