I have the ICON EXTRAS PLUS membership. When I purchase tickets through the Atom app, the first ticket must have my name on it. Am I able to give my ticket to a family member if I do not want to go?

There is no ID associated, should be good.

I am pretty sure that you can, because they just check your tickets or scan bar code never your ID.
