If your address hasn't changed and you have a state issued license, bring a household bill in your name. No older than 60 days. (No credit card or medical will be accepted.) If your address has changed or you had a federal license bring 2 household bills. The applications are in the lobby.
You just take something down there with your name and address on it. If you have an old ID they will use that. You should get a replacement right there.
