Get a duplicate. If you have your birth certificate take it, 2 proofs of residence that are utilities or vehicle registration, insurance. They won't take credit card bills, car loan bill, or anything like that. Also take your S.S. card.
You will have to apply for a duplicate ID. You will need to submit Residence proof and your SSN.
