I like sushi, however I am no expert what type or what grade of fish makes for good sushi. I do enjoy eating at the safe harbor . You may also inquire about the Safe Harbor on A1A.
Not knowing what constitutes a sushi grade fish I can't give a good answer. But they have fresh fish in their display case which I guess for the right price they might sell you?
