I-95 Toyota of Brunswick - All questions

Address: 1000 Millennium Blvd, Brunswick, GA 31525, USA

I95 service Dept is horribly slow. It always takes at least two hours just for a regular service and some the service ppl are rude. There's is one particular guy that i won't even deal with anymore because he lied to me and then to my wife on another occasion. I will buy another Toyota but not from I95 Toyota

I have dealt with i-95 Toyota for over 8 years and find them excellent.

Don't let I 95 Toyota Jack you around either. The first thing they do is want you to fill out a credit app before they even talk about prices. DON'T FALL FOR IT. If they run your credit and you don't buy it WILL hurt your credit score. That is a gimmick these people are famous for!!! Do not let them run your credit until you have agreed on a price and are ready to make a deal. The salesmen here are bad about pressuring you into playing the game their way. Remember You are the customer. They have to make YOU happy. If they pull your chain threaten to walk. If that doesn't work walk. Statesboro Toyota is a much lower pressure sealership

If you still owe 3 grand but don't have the car anymore, your lender may buy out your old loan and tack it on your new loan. But it will more than likely give you a higher interest rate.

As long as your insurance company paid your car off you can shop for a Car anywhere otherwise all these car dealerships will try to get you by not giving you squat for your car so make sure you shop around you be the one in charge don't let them dictate you don't let them say you have to make the deal today don't let them say you have to put a down payment down if it's all based off credit you're in charge remember that they have to sell the cars you don't have to buy theirs

I95 Toyota fill your head up with lies to get you to buy an vehicle! Service department tone of voice can be better as well. We bought a 2018 Camry, and the seats were a creme like color. We told the sales person that we didn't want the car because of the light colored seats. The sales representative and her manager both lied to me and my fiancé. We were told that the seats were "Stain Resistance" here it is 4 months later and our seats look like we've have the car for years. Took the car to the dealership to get the seats clean. We were told by the services representative that they would clean the seats this one time for free. Any time after that it will be a fee. If the seats were stain resistance like the sales person said it was we wouldn't even have this problem. I love the car, but really dislike i95 Toyota. Ready to trade the car in now. Buy else were they couldn't even get my fiancé approved with the banks they used without an high interest rate. We used our personal bank

The reason we bought many cars there, was Joni Boatwright, and JC in the service dept. Love our vehichles. Looking forward to seeing the new Venza, and Seinna hybrid. I only want to deal with the manager, next car we buy there. I know what we want, and need to just make the transition go quickley. This was always the way with Joni B. And I sent all my family and friends to her, and they bought many cars also. But not willing to talk to any other sales person, just the top manager. If that is not possible, will go elsewhere. Oh the last car was so strange. All my cars were new from there, but last one, they claimed to have only one key. It was a huge ordeal to get a second key. This will never ever happen again. Also one time an oil change, got hpme checked the oil, no oil. So always check your oil. Similar experience with ac. Not working after service for something else. But over the past 10 years, usually great service from JC
