Why is this place always backed up? Customer is serive is absolutely garbage. I had to 35 minutes just to place an order. Hostess walked past me as if I wasn't even there.

It's a IHOP never said it was the best place to dine.Their all different, some. Better than others, there's always the human factor. Try Bob Evans or Golden Skillet

I love IHOPs but this one is beyond bad. I'm 39 and this is one of the worst places I ever eat on service. I did not eat the food left after 54 minutes with no food. they had 4 waitress and a waiter but only cared about to go orders. :( Don't go here find another IHOP

I've never experienced that when I go there. But then again I don't go there on the weekends, and if i go, i go very early to avoid the rush. I think youll find that at any IHOP. Hope the food was good for you at least.

The management is horrible the man I talked to that was the manager act like he didn't even care about the problem smh and that's where the service starts from

I've never had a bad experience at Ihop, especially this one, i love the service
