Where do I pay for the actual card, I paid dr visit but says I have to pay 99$ I think it said. If you do it before they visit it's supposed to speed up the process. Any one have any ideas? Thank you

When you go through the process online the step after the dr. Appoinment is the state license. If you are a fla resident and have a dl or st i.d. your picture is on file and they will use this unless you wush to change it. I recomend to just use it. Buut you pay for it electronically
