They don't have to be on hangers, but you can't bring them in a plastic bag, they prefer a basket.
Some items they prefer to be pressed, like dress shirts. They won't take clothes that are wrinkled.
No. Usually i bring in clothes that are folded and presentable. The better they look, the more likely they will take them.
Clean n neat n some items ironed. Don't forget they take shoes, bags n accessories. They can be rather picky.
