It depends on many things. 1. Position. 2. Shift 3. Hours. I can tell you as a experienced forklift operator. The pay is fair to above average. The actual job is pretty standard. If you are replen. or shipping, receiving. You are handed a gun you scan everything you do. The computer keeps record of everything. You are pretty much left alone. They check your numbers, attendence, any accident's. They check your work accuracy is important. Finding and fixing locations are a bonus. Keep moving. Don't try to hide, take long extra break's. You will do well. Goff off and be that person. Someone else has to do extra work because you were talking to some girl or in the bathroom. People are going to get pist because they miss there brake to do your work. Numbers don't lie. They are always. What I do my work. Everyone knows right away.
I worked through the Aerotek temp agency at a rate of 14.50/hr. Getting hired in through Syncreon is a 75 cent raise, so I assume getting hired in directly puts you at 15.25/hr
