If dinning out would the meal be the same if an Italian chef prepared Tex Mex and the Mexican American or Green card holder on temporary work visa preparing Italian dishes be authentic, genuine, homemade cuisine?

I don't think he mentioned that. The food was really good. The spaghetti sauce was not as strong of a flavor that I'd hoped. But it was worth the price. You can definitely tell it was made by an American not an Italian.. lol

Whattt? Are you kidding. How someone cooks has NOTHING to do with where they are from or their ethnicity. Work visa holders come from all over the world fyi. Can you cook a hamburger? That is not American!

I have it's bland premaid frozen breaded insta tutional MSG tv dinner reheated too long microwave style. Greasy unhealthy fatty oily non organic cafeateria food

Really not sure how to answer that strange question the food is awesome and taste authentic you should try it
