How do we find out the cost for a week in early February?

Our website is www.deweygetaway.com and has an availability calendar and a place for you to enter your dates and get a price quote. We also list our rates for all seasons on the website. However, we don’t have any availability for February due to some improvements we’re doing at the house. March is open as of right now.
