As long as it's in the tread and not the sidewall, yes. Also the tire has to be in good shape. If its too worn down they will not fix it due to liability.
They will look at it and let you know. Downside...no appts and you stand outside till one of the mechanics can stop his work to look at tire then if fixable they enter your information on a hand held computer. Nothing less than stupid. Mean time there someone inside that does nothing but check you out and take your money. As i said stupid.
No, they remove the nail, and insert a rubber plug into the hole and reinflate the tyre. It is a very good way to get out of the trouble of having a puncture, without having to buy a new tyre, but it it's not ideal for permanent usage!! Hopefully this helps you out, )
