You should contact the store manager... he will be able to pull the tape of that day and get your receipt...
Julie, I believe you can contact the bank and ask them for a copy. I used to be a phone banker for Wells Fargo...I think they can provide more information for you and possibly a copy of that receipt. Hope this helps.
You can phone the business, give them the information and they will/should create you one because you have legally been charged.
