Automatic ECU will work with the manual transmission ...I recently purchased the 4th gen 3s-gte auto swap and installed it into my 5sp mr2 and had no issues
We have 3S-GTE 4th Gen. & 5th Gen. with Automatic ecu in stock, we do not have Celica/All trac trans in stock right now but please check back for the availability.
My RAV4 supposedly shared parts w Celica. So I already got the manual transmission and the all trac just need engine and manual ECU. You only have automatic ECU?
