Shorts are allowed for breakfast and lunch service, granted they are not denim or ripped/ frayed.
I've seen older guys in t shirts and shorts. there's no particular dress code. I think a collard shirt helps you fit in with the aesthetic though.
Yes shirts are acceptable and the bar area they do have private dining accommodations for dinner and business casual attire would be required for that
Yes, the dress is all over the map. Players coming off the course may be in shorts, next to a family in resort casual attire.
