The donuts at this location do not meet the wonderful standards of other locations--especially during my last visit...dry and stale tasting. Have I just visited on bad days?

You may have went on a bad day and depending on the time you went they close at 10 p.m. Everytime I have went it's been good.

Its okay not like it should be

I haven't been to that location in a couple of months but I always had a good experience before.

I visited this location while on vacation, it was my only experience with this chain. We had a pleasant time and enjoyed our donuts. They were making some fresh and we watched them before purchasing a dozen assorted.

I just went at 5pm and they were out of both glazed and chocolate?!

Last time I visited... I agree with you
