You cannot call in & make an appointment but download their app & you can see what the wait time is at the store you're going to, if okay put your name in but remember the time may change by the time you get there because other people are using the app too. Your name will be inque according to when you called & will stay for an hour. It isn't a guarantee of no waiting but the fastest way to get your hair cut because people who use app go b4 walk-ins.
Yes, you can easily book online, a few hours in advance, so you get in queue and you don't need to wait once arrived.
Haven't been to cost cutters but it is a good place first time I been to a great clips was in Texas on fort bliss and they are the best ever lol
