The orange tubing and cable in our neighborhood (Sweet Gum Village) CR 55 North of Magnolia school. Is causing a buzz. Mostly speculation so far, and that it is a Riveria project, and that it is fiber optic and internet, TV, and telephone. True?

I know CSpire Fiber is going in all over the county. Could be them. They are fiber optic internet.
