They are busy all the time and by giving each customer very good service they can't stop and answer questions over phone.

That is a good question. Even if they are busy, which shouldn't be a reason for not ever answering the phone and it going to voicemail, also it being full. If the owner sees this, please resolve the phone issue. Some people have long drives and need to call to check stock or anything like that. Next time I go to this store, I will personally bring this up to the staff and update this...
