Individual vendors may buy, but not the store staff. Vendors aren't always around. The staff takes care of running the store, ringing up sales, etc.
No they do not... after reading this post and seeing that someone had said that they do purchase items I went down there and they were very clear that they do not purchase the vendors just rent out the space
