Don't think most people realize that a standard sheet of plywood is 4'x8'. To get a 4'x10' would be a special ordered item from the mill and I don't think Home Depot does that. If they do, it would be EXTREMELY expensive. I'd suggest calling them to get a price quote, then calling a local lumber yard for their price. Will probably be cheaper, but not as conveniently located.
Yes they will cater to your needs. It may cost a bit more but they will do it for you.
