Can I send mail to my mother-in-law care of the front desk? I know the address is correct but was told that mail might be returned if her mailbox was full. Duhhh! She has memory issues so doesn't even remember she HAS a mailbox.

I go to my mother-in-laws mail box twice a week just to avoid that very problem. I visit her 2 times a week so it is not a problem. You may want to talk to Edith if your mom is in the Arbors section and see what can be done to help your mom with her mail box.
