If pastors have an emergency number shouldn't they then answer the phone when people are in an emergency situation

Our office number has an option to leave a message for the on-call pastor if it's a ministry emergency. This week we've only received one message on that line and that situation was taken care of. Perhaps something didn't go through as you thought.

Could be sorry about that just really stressed out we are from indiana and was supposed to be able to stay with my brother had a car repair that was completely unexpected that left us stranded here with no hope of assistance we have asked numerous churches,police station and still nothing
