To have served in another country, Korea, Viet Nam and all the others during a war, police action or exercise that was warlike in nature. Grenada, Philippines, etc. If not you can join the Auxiliary. If your Father, Mother, Uncle, were part of an action while they served, you can join with their DD 214 or Separation papers
