Where is a prep area? I went through the wash and haven't got all bugs cleaned. The same about wheels. Do you have chemicals and brushes there? Thanks.

When you first pull in veer to the right. It's right there.

The preparation area is on the right side before you enter the car wash area. Its three big soap filled yellow basins with three brushes and sponges complementary. Sorry you went straight for the washing entrance first.

Hello, the prep area is on the right hand side when you pull onto the property. Brushes, sponges and soap are all out there and complimentary.

There's also a few prep areas across the street from the wash... when it's love bug season, you'll find cars stacked over there scrubbing.
