I purchased a bathing suit on August 15th and would like to return it. It has not been worn and all the tags are on it. I have the credit card transaction details for this purchase and would like to know how to go about returning this item. Thanks

You can take the item back to the store with the credit card. They can look the purchase up.

You have to place the purchased item with cash memo to the shop counter.

Just bring your items with the credit card and tell the associate at the register you'd like to return. Should be no problem

No problem, you'll take the bathing suit and your receipt and the credit card you paid with to any macys store and they will return it immediately
