Best to call Corporate and make your concerns be kno2n. That way they can look into the reason as to why they can't do so.
They don't want to mess with reservations.
They do!
Michael Tuchman, I was not asking them to do anything the same as others I was simply comparing this GC to Allllll the GC's within a 30 mile radius!!! So that when I do tell others not to go to this particular location, I have substance behind it. By the way, lets not forget Roxboro!
GC are franchised. Each owner has the freedom to make the decisions they think are best for their own restaurant, within certain parameters. Managing their tables is one of them. Raleigh and Burlington were different, as you already know that. However, that does not bring up on Durham the obligation to do things in exactly the same way.
The restaurant is often very busy on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. During the week is your best chance.
I believe it had Alot to do with the huge crowds that converge on the restaurant. Church groups and all. Its a popular place to eat on the weekends.
I experienced the same problem, they wouldn't reserve a space, but when I arrived on that Saturday afternoon my party of 30 were seated in a private area with no problem
Those are their busiest days and they are packed all day
Really? Our Head Deacon at my church, has had them to for our Deacon meetings in the past.
