Everything they do is within labor laws....they do not hire anyone under 16. If they did have a 14 year old-BY LAW they can work up to 14 hours per week however it is highly unlikely that they had someone 14 yrs old working for them as they most likely need someone for more hours then that. EVERYTHING they do is within labor laws and very diligently and carefully so..they have been running their business for over 30 years and have been the 1st job for many high school kids to insinuate or claim that they are doing things outside of the law is very wrong especially for a business that has been around for so long!
I don't know about 14 but he may I know he has a few teenagers I believe work for him. It doesn't hurt to find out and try the worst anyone could ever say is no. But don't let that deter you cuz you'll never find out if you don't ask
