You can call the customer service department at your local store or go in person. Another place that has classes and workshops is Michael's. They have programs for all ages.
Call your local store, or go there and ask someone in customer service ... they should be able to point you in the right direction.
I havent seen it at the Parksburg store, but the do have do it yourself work shops periodically.
