The ads are sent out on Tuesday or Wednesday. The start of the ad is Thursday morning, and the ad lasts until the next one comes out. Unfortunately, the quantities they receive of some items are rather limited, and once it's gone, it's gone.
Some of the stores do not wait to put the product out when it's supposed to be advertising the ad and wants the stuff is sold out it's gone because they're an outlet store
It will say in the ad publicly how long each of them are for some are just a week if they are only a day or two they will definitely notify you in advance I suggest joining Ollie's army
