Why is the loading people so rude or should I say Lazy, I just purchased 8 bags of rubber mulch, I am elderly and on lifting restriction due to surgery, and had to pull the heavy cart back to mulch, ,and was very rude this happened 6/21 at 1:00

So sorry this happened to you you really do need to let the management know at the register did you ask if someone could help you load it in your car if not they won't volunteer unfortunately
