When you place a reservation request online it will be confirmed within a 24 hour business day time frame. This means if you book on a Saturday evening the reservation will not be confirmed until the next business day (Monday). There is a 24 hour time frame response time on any email correspondence. If you send us an email with a question or respond to an email from us we will try to respond as quickly as possible but you may not receive a reply for 24 hours. If you need a vehicle within the next 48 hours or there is any sort of urgency during business hours please call us so we can assist you immediately.
I'm not sure regarding short reservations. My reservation was made 3 weeks in advance. However they are very professional. My family was very happy with the vehicle and picking up the vehicle took about 15 minutes. Will definitely use them again.
