Yes, anyone who wants to smoke, has to go outside! Also, in contrast to Tina G. 's statement; it is kid friendly, because they just had a family event there during the day, this past weekend; where a family of about 25 people sat down for lunch. They serve a very good menu of items.
It's definitely a bar. They serve non-alcoholic drinks, but it's really not a restaurant. That being said, I have brought my teens to enjoy time with friends and didn't get the side-eye from anyone.
It is smoke free... I don't believe it's kid friendly
