I live in Virginia and travel to Indy monthly. I always make it one of my dinner place. Always been awesome and to much to eat.
It's as standard as any gyro meat is. I've heard the place is recently under new ownership, and i haven't been there since, but last I was there they had the best gyros I've had outside of Greece. I went there at least once a month when I worked near there.
No fillers as far as i could tell
I believe it is strictly meat, but I honestly don't know. I have gluten sensitivity, and I have not reacted from eating the meat, if that's why you're asking.
