Employees ware mask, wipe the tables and chairs down. Every other table is being used, the others are marked closed. They have a laminated sign on the tables that are being use. On one side it says that this table has been cleaned, when you sit down at that table, they flip the sign over that says, clean this table, so when the people leave they know that table needs to be cleaned, so they won't have to guess if the table has been cleaned by another employee.
