Is there a limit to the amount of free champagne/mimosas for brunch, or are they "bottomless", as one reviewer says? If there is a limit, how much is are additional drinks?

I believe they have a two limit, but if you sit at the bar. The glasses are a bit bigger and tend to get refilled numerous times.

I've never known them to be bottomless.

TABC (the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission) only allows 2 champagne or mimosa drinks per person. We cannot serve “bottomless” alcoholic beverages. Let me know if you have any other questions!
