If Taco Bell wasn't going to make the Mexican Pizza the way they did previously, why bring it back at all? The pizza Was pitiful. Not much cheese at all. Only a little white cheese, no cheddar.

It's depends on the location of the taco bell. The way the person making it and the way they are trained.
