Why does the Auto Center have such horrible service? I came in, ordered tires, came back a week later for install and they claimed they could not use their lift on my car, which everyone else can lift, they are just inept! Wasted hours of my time!

It's a Wal-Mart. Getting a car serviced here is never a good deal, or a good idea. Anytime you pay somebody garbage you get garbage work from them

Never had a problem with this shop. Courteous staff and reasonable prices vs. other places. PS: I don't work for Walmart, but I wanted to weigh in b/c I think not everyone has such a negative experience.

Got tires. Holding up great. Best price. They dont align but no complaints here.

Yeah, about a year ago i had them do an oil change, 3,000 miles later when going for another oil change Wal-Mart had left a rag in there! Lol ohhh at least our expectations are lowered!

I have only used Walmart auto for testing a battery. It's good information however knowing about the lousy service. Note to self, don't go to auto Walmart other than testing battery.

I've been going there for years never had a problem. That's why I go back. Now Les Schwab across the street purchased tires from them....never again. Buy all my tires at Walmart. If you want someone to hold your hand while you shop Walmart not for you...
