I don't really know but I live in the neighborhood. I was at the park today and it was full of garbage and dead fish around the pond area. I have never seen it like that before. It is a beautiful park
Just want to note that I was at the park today and although there were cascarones all over the ground from people celebrating Easter, I didn't see any trash or dead fish.
