You can find and sign up through the PA fish and game website. Just go the the page about hunters safety. That is what I did.
Yes, please check the web site. I think it's in Aug but not 100% sure. Something may be posted on branch valleys web site or maybe even PFG web site should also have the sites listed. I just checked PGC site. August 4th is the date for Branch Valley. There are still 96 seats available. Hope that helps.
